We had a mini-split installed in our garage. Power had to be run from the sub panel as well. What an amazing job these guys did! Tom, Max, Tony, and Harrison were very professional and efficient in their work. Everything was installed cleanly. They even took away the trash (some was there before the install). Tom, Max, and Johnny went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed perfectly. They showed up on time, worked hard, and left everything clean once the job was done. You could tell they truly cared about the quality of their work and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Tom & Max installed a new HVAC unit for us 2 years ago and did a great job. The compressor on our 2nd HVAC unit went out this past week and they were called back into duty to install another new unit. Once again, they did great work and we now have 2 good working units. I am giving 5 stars, but I hope I don't regret it in the near future. The rating is based on the professionalism of the technician and the ease of the scheduling process. The tech arrived on time, explained what he was going to do, and answered all of my questions. He was polite and patient. The representative who scheduled the service was great. She, too, was professional and polite and helpful. My fear rests in the fact that I know diddly squat about HVAC systems so I must trust what was said. Unfortunately, many HVAC companies in Fayetteville are less than honest. But for now, I am staying with Cape Fear Air, Electric, and Plumbing. Read Less

James was very friendly displaying courtesies throughout his thorough maintenance plan. When leaving, he explained all the components and their conditions and readings. He explained that my unit was working perfectly. I had a question about the scheduling option on the thermostat which he explained. I was extremely pleased as I can compare other maintenance techs to James’ overall performance. Read Less
