After he checked everything out he filled me in on what was going on down under the house and things are looking good. Cape Fear Air was great. It started with a service call. They arrived the same day, and on time. Jonny had my heat running quickly but informed me of some system issues and had a few options for me. I decided it was time to replace the system. Jeff came out the following day and had multiple options for me to choose from based on brand and budget. Jeff was up front about the differences in the options made a few calls to get me some answers about integrating the new system into my smart home. I picked a package and we scheduled the installation at the same time. 6 days after the initial service call, Tom and Max arrived to install the new unit. They were both great, gave me an idea of what to expect and what they would need from me and from what I can tell, it went smoothly. They did a great job and finished it off with information about the next few steps, which Cape Fear Air takes care of. I’d say their prices are fair, they were not the cheapest option, but for me, their professionalism was worth the small added cost for the peace of mind that I chose a company that will stand by their work. I have a small business building that needed a reliable HVAC system. Cape Fear came out, gave me an estimate and installed a mini-split system. It performs well, is quiet and I anticipate a decrease in the power consumption for the building. However, the best part is the professional installation of the system by a crew that took the time to make the piping and system components present an eye appealing image. We had a heat pump go out. Jeff Nance came and completed a thorough review of our options for a replacement, with the install scheduled quickly.
