I had an outstanding experience with Cape Fear Air Electric & Plumbing for the maintenance of my Generac generator. Felix, the tech performed a  maintenance check on both our HVAC systems.  Did a thorough inspection, answered everything I had a concern about and was happy to do so.  Respected my property, was professional and made sure before leaving that all questions were answered one last time. Our air-conditioning went out at 10 o’clock at night and we called them and Jerry was going to come out, but it got to be too late when he finished with the other customer at night time. One room in the office was not getting enough air flow from the vent. Kevin adjusted the external dampers on other vents in other rooms to even the distribution of air flow which improved the comfort level evenly in all rooms. Kevin fixed the problem quickly. I had almost lost faith in random businesses treating future customers fairly and caring until God placed a representative of CF in my path! Within an hour of first contact, Cape Fear dispatched a unit from Raleigh to Dunn, tore the unit down, repaired it and had it going in an hour!
