Given recent developments of the Coronavirus, we want to assure you that Cape Fear Air Conditioning, Heating, & Electrical Company, Inc. is actively evaluating all business-related risks posed by this evolving public health situation. As we continue to serve our customers each day, we are taking the following precautionary measures to keep ourselves, family members, vendors and customers safe, and free from infection:

  • Washing our hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, or using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are unavailable
  • Refraining from touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Equipping our field employees with an ample supply of masks, hand sanitizer, boot covers and gloves
  • Avoiding close contact with people who are sick
  • Requiring our employees to cover their mouths when coughing or sneezing with a tissue, and throwing the tissue in the trash
  • Requiring our employees to stay home if they have flu-like symptoms, contact their health care provider, and follow the COVID-19 testing protocol including self-isolation where required
